Can my code be combined with other codes?
No. Your code can't be combined with any other discount code, and it already gives your audience 10% off every order, not just the first. Loyalty points are the only thing that stacks with your code.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is paid monthly, by the 15th, for the previous month's credited orders, once your balance reaches $50. Anything under $50 rolls forward to the next month, nothing is lost. You set up your payout details after you're approved.
How does the referral override work?
When a partner you referred is approved, you earn a 10% referral override on their sales. It's one level only: the override applies to partners you refer directly, not to anyone they refer.
How does tracking work?
You get a personal link and a personal code. An order is credited to you when a customer comes through your link or checks out with your code, so you get credit either way.
What are the content rules?
Serene products are for research use only, and your content has to say so. No dosing, injecting or human-use claims, and no before/after content. Disclose the partnership on every post (for example "#ad" or "Paid partnership").
How long does approval take?
A person on our team reviews every application and emails you either way. If you're approved, your link and code come in the same email.
